Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of Django framework.
- Experience with Django ORM, templates, and middleware.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a bonus.
- The App is React on front end so it will be a plus to have some experience with React framework.
Responsibilities
- Developing and Maintaining Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and related technologies.
- Backend Development: Build robust, secure, and scalable backend services. This includes API development using Django REST framework or similar.
Working conditions
The client is based in US so it will be required to work according to NY-California time
