Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python development with a focus on backend systems;
• Expertise in one or more Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI);
• Proficiency in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and API development;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical mentorship;
• Experience with machine learning, data science, or automation scripting;
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines;
• Prior experience working in a consulting or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on Python development, architecture, and best practices;
• Analyze existing Python-based solutions and recommend improvements in performance, scalability, and security;
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement efficient and maintainable Python applications;
• Guide developers in writing clean, optimized, and well-structured Python code;
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and trends to ensure best-in-class solutions.
