Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.);
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and data flow;
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration is highly desirable;
• A portfolio of cases or completed projects is preferred;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams;
• SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into SAP solutions;
• Lead SAP module configuration, customization, and integration based on client requirements;
• Perform gap analysis, assess the current state, and design future state solutions;
• Conduct end-to-end SAP system testing, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality deliverables;
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution;
• Develop and deliver SAP training materials and sessions to end-users and stakeholders;
• Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met, collaborating with project managers and technical teams;
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technology trends and best practices, providing recommendations for process improvements and new features;
• Manage data migration and ensure accurate data flow in SAP systems during system upgrades or implementations.
