Required Skills

• 7 + years in a software QA role, with significant experience in web technologies and both manual and automated testing.
• Proven expertise with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and scripting in one or more languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, PHP, or Objective‑C.
• Hands‑on experience with ADO.NET/Entity Framework or similar data access layers (for API and back‑end testing).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, common programming errors, and quality metrics (benchmarking, performance, security).
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, able to collaborate across global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, create, and manage an end‑to‑end QA strategy for enterprise‑grade software.
• Excellent multitasking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA authority, building deep system knowledge through both manual and automated testing.
• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, including test automation roadmaps, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (e.g., Selenium), and ensure early and continuous feedback on product quality.
• Create, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing features.
• Lead defect management: log, track, and validate bug fixes; perform meticulous regression testing.
• Collaborate closely with product management, developers, and project teams to understand requirements, influence feature planning, and advocate for quality.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in testing methodology and automation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging QA tools, recommending and implementing enhancements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in ERP systems, high‑load/distributed environments, or transactional platforms.

• Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
