  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years of work experience in lead generation/business development
  • Experience in working with outbound channel
  • Understanding of IT terminology
  • Proactive, result-oriented and persistent
  • Basic understanding of the software development process
  • High attention to details


  • Research prospects using tools like LinkedIn
  • Work with CRM
  • Pursuing new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, referrals, and networking;
  • Develop, test, implement and improve outbound sequences
  • Collaborate with colleagues from sales and marketing departments to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities
