3 years of commercial experience working with Java
Willingness to teach and help beginners
Good communication skills: the ability to explain and find an approach to different people experience with Spring, Spring Boot, databases, and Hibernate;
knowledge of algorithms at a basic level.
to be charismatic;
be able to explain complex things in simple words;
to be a cool programmer and a good teacher or a good programmer and a cool teacher :)

Responsibilities

Conduct training in a group of students;
Task verification (code review);
Conduct group consultations, explain the theory and analyze problem-solving;
Inspire and motivate during training.
