Required skills

• At least 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Flutter and Dart;
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks, architecture patterns;
• Soft Skills: Clear communication and the ability to assess technical and non-technical aspects of candidates;
• Interviewing Skills: Experience in conducting technical interviews and designing relevant coding or practical tasks;
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, REST APIs, and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a consultant;
• Experience with cross-platform development beyond Flutter (e.g., React Native).

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ proficiency with Flutter and Dart;
• Assess the candidate's understanding of mobile development concepts, such as UI/UX design, state management, and performance optimization;
• Verify hands-on experience in building and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter SDK;
• Evaluate candidates’ familiarity with third-party libraries, APIs, and Flutter tools;
• Analyze candidates’ problem-solving skills by reviewing coding exercises or real-world scenarios;
• Provide detailed feedback on technical and soft skills to help the hiring team make informed decisions.
