5+ years of experience in data architecture and cloud-based data solutions;
Strong knowledge of AWS data services and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage;
Hands-on experience in data governance, compliance, and security;
Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess candidates' expertise in AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis);
Evaluate their understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles;
Review candidates' experience in designing scalable data pipelines and defining data architecture strategies;
Provide structured feedback on candidates' technical and problem-solving skills.
