Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions;
  • Expertise in AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis);
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance;
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines that handle large volumes of data efficiently;
  • Knowledge of best practices for data modeling, partitioning, indexing, and query optimization in distributed systems;
  • Experience designing scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document data architecture, ingestion, and storage strategy;
  • Assess RDS and DynamoDB schemas, ensuring compatibility with Redshift;
  • Provide input on governance, security, and compliance for data pipelines.;
  • Work closely with AWS consultants and data engineers on technical feasibility.
