Required Skills
- Requirements Elicitation (via different techniques: Workshops, Interviews, Document Analysis, etc);
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, software development, project management, or consulting;
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Documentation (Use Cases, User Stories with AC, BPMN/UML diagrams, etc);
- BA Artifacts Creation: BRD, SRS, Feature List, etc;
- Backlog Management;
- Stakeholder Management;
- Operating in Agile environment;
- Experience as a BA in Discovery phases;
- Experience as a BA in FinTech domain (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Decomposition and Creation (maintain and prioritize) of feature backlog for the Development Team;
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, spikes, and technical stories and make changes to existing ones;
- Create system behavior and user behavior schemes in diagrams (UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases);
- Communication with the Stakeholders;
- Supporting the Development team (answering the questions regarding business logic, functional logic, etc.);
- Keep project documentation up to date (and create documentation for the team, clients, and/or end users such as user guides, mapping, and FSR based on the modules/services);
- Launching projects with new clients and supporting existing ones.
