Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML model selection, deployment, and optimization (reinforcement learning, predictive modeling, real-time decision systems);
• Ability to independently research, test, and refine AI models tailored to the business problem;
• Experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms via APIs, cloud-based AI services, or custom ML pipelines;
• Solid technical skills to prototype models and collaborate effectively with developers for full-scale deployment;
• Product-oriented mindset - understanding that AI isn’t just about models but about delivering real business impact.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI);
• Experience with real-time decision engines and ad-tech optimization;
• Strong background in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or online learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI services that analyze real-time engagement, spend, and retention data to optimize incentives dynamically;
• Optimize for ROAS by balancing user engagement with advertiser spend efficiency, ensuring deep and sustained user interactions;
• Guide development teams by selecting the right AI frameworks, models, and infrastructure while collaborating on full implementation;
• Prototype AI solutions independently and work with developers to integrate them seamlessly into the SaaS platform;
• Stay ahead of AI trends and identify cutting-edge AI/ML techniques applicable to real-time user behavior modeling and reward optimization.
