Group Travels LLC, a U.S.-based company, was founded with a singular mission: to simplify the process of finding accommodations for reunions, retreats, and celebrations, making it as effortless and stress-free as possible. Drawing from personal experience, the company was established by a family who deeply understands the challenges of securing a venue where every member of a group feels comfortable and at home.

CHALLENGE

Create a System that will ensure a seamless booking process while managing multiple properties in different locations for large groups. Develope a system that handles 40,000+ listings efficiently while keeping the interface intuitive. Sync property availability, pricing, and nearby bundles across multiple platforms in real time. Allow flexibility for users to choose configurations that meet their group’s needs, such as proximity of homes and specific amenities.

SOLUTION

We began by conducting in-depth research on all platforms used by our client, identifying key features for improvement. Employee interviews were essential in uncovering their preferences and pain points, which guided the project direction. Following this, we analyzed the collected data and created user personas, serving as the foundation for our design process.

After completing research, interviews, and wireframes, we focused on high-fidelity designs, ensuring every detail reflected the client's vision. We created visually polished interfaces that were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. These high-fidelity designs offered a near-realistic representation of the final product, allowing the client to experience the look and feel early in the process. We then built interactive Figma prototypes, enabling seamless navigation and showcasing user flows. These prototypes helped gather feedback, refine the user experience, and ensure alignment before development.
